INVESTMENT EXPERIENCES ACROSS WEB AND MOBILE
The product

INVESTIKA’s customer investment platform and mobile application, covering onboarding, investing and portfolio management.

The work

As a key frontend developer on INVESTIKA’s customer platform and mobile application, I made architectural decisions and took core product journeys from business requirements through to implementation across web and mobile.

I worked closely with business analysts to clarify requirements, resolve complex business rules and shape technical solutions. Alongside backend, product and design colleagues, I built onboarding, investment and portfolio management experiences with the platform’s ongoing development in mind.

COLONNADE

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP FOR DIGITAL INSURANCE
The product

Colonnade’s online insurance products and First Notification of Loss (FNOL) application, which customers use to report a claim.

The work

As Tech Lead on FNOL, I led frontend delivery and was responsible for the overall quality of the solution. I also helped hire external developers, combining hands-on engineering with a role in building the delivery team.

Beyond FNOL, I developed frontend flows across Colonnade’s online insurance products, including multi-step forms and API integrations.

LEGO GROUP

BUILDING THE IX CONTENT PLATFORM
Delivered through Digital Vision
The product

IX is Digital Vision’s internal platform for managing LEGO’s global YouTube content, including videos, playlists, publication and streaming across markets.

The work

Working within Digital Vision’s engineering team, I developed frontend features for IX, connected its interface to backend services and built reusable components for its content workflows.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Complex products need more than UI implementation.

I take ownership of frontend development across complex product flows — architecture, state management, API integrations, validation, edge cases and production delivery. I work closely with product, design and backend teams to turn business requirements into reliable features that are maintainable as the product grows.

FRONTEND ARCHITECTURE

A growing frontend needs structure before complexity starts slowing the team down.

I design and improve application architecture around clear module boundaries, data flow, state management, API layers and reusable components. For existing products, I refactor incrementally rather than defaulting to rewrites, so new features can keep shipping while the codebase becomes easier to understand, test and extend.

PERFORMANCE & TECHNICAL REVIEWS

Slow delivery and slow interfaces often come from problems deeper than the UI.

I review frontend architecture, rendering behaviour, network usage, bundle size, state management and technical debt to find the real bottlenecks. The result is a prioritised set of improvements — from quick performance wins to structural changes that improve reliability, development speed and long-term maintainability.

Reusable UI should make product development faster, not create another layer to maintain.

I build component systems that connect design and engineering through reusable patterns, clear APIs, accessibility and consistent behaviour. The goal is not just a component library, but a frontend foundation that reduces duplicated work and makes new product features faster and safer to build.

I work directly within existing engineering teams and take responsibility for complex frontend areas — from technical decisions and architecture to implementation, reviews and production delivery.
